3 Links To A Better You

There are so many sources out there, and many are very good. However, I find it challenging to keep up with all of them. I’ve tried but quickly realized that high quantities of information diminished my ability to retain them, let alone practice or reflect upon what I was consuming.

I find that three sources of daily thoughts are the right amount for me. I curated the following links to help me develop myself in certain aspects of my life that I feel need constant reminders to lead me to a better version of myself.
