One would think stopping is counterproductive, but in many instances is what’s needed to move forward. Maybe it’s to sit and watch your kids play, perhaps it’s just to shred things that have piled up, or it means you sit down and have your coffee without worrying about everything going on in your life. Know that stopping and taking a break is okay. If you genuinely feel you need to stop, then give yourself that time. You’ll be surprised how much energized and focused you are after that.
