Last night I was finishing up a few things at work before welcoming the Christmas weekend and a message on twitter about Carrie Fisher made it’s way into my inbox. According to various online media sources Carrie Fisher, the actress best known for playing Princess Leia in the Star Wars film franchise, was on a flight from London to Los Angeles when she went into cardiac arrest.
Many have expressed their thoughts.

Carrie Fisher survived alcoholism, addiction, depression, bipolar disorder & 60 years in Hollywood.
If anyone can survive 2016, it’s her.
