The anxiety of not having enough time to finish the task at hand, and be able to jump to the next can significantly affect our ability to complete what is in front of us. It can compromise our efficiency to handle the tasks ahead. The best thing you can do is not worry about the things that have not come to pass and to bring your full attention to what’s in front of you now. Do what you can do with full intent, and eventually, it’ll get done. A sense of completion will give you a boost of energy and a clean slate to take on the next experience.
